SNOW PEA & BAMBOO STIR-FRY (Winter Longevity Guide)

Ingredients:

2 cups snow peas
1 cup bamboo shoots, sliced
2 tbsp coconut aminos
1 tbsp water
1 pack of sweet potato noodles

Instructions:

Cook sweet potato noodles according to package. Stir-fry snow peas and bamboo shoots in a dry pan or with minimal water. Add coconut aminos to finish. Serve warm to support circulation and clear stagnation.‍ ‍
